If you were in the studio with us during the past few weeks you would have heard discussions of mathematics, philosophy, history, myth, physics, and astronomy. These are a few of the subjects that have inspired the work with our newest collaborator, Michael Moschen, not to mention that he is an awesome, innovative juggler and performer as well. Watch this video of him contact juggling, an art that Moschen created:

You might be asking yourself, “Where have I seen that before?”  (Have you seen the film “Labyrinth” with David Bowie?)

No, David Bowie isn’t a trainer juggler, and yes, that is Moschen hiding behind Bowie to make it look like his character can juggle.

Named one of Dance Magazine’s “25 to Watch” in 2001, we are tremendously excited to collaborate with Moschen. Keep an eye on the Pilobolus Blog for more updates in the coming weeks.

I live in Canada British Columbia and was disappointed that you do no have any tour dates
in Canada. Wiil you in the future as we would drive a distance if you were in Vancouver
or especially Kelowna which is a very rich cultural city? Thank you for you time.

Hi Wendy,

We haven’t been to Canada in a while! Vancouver is a lovely city, but the closest we usually get is Seattle (coming up next week!) or Bellingham (Feb 2009). If you have friends in the Seattle area, next weekend might be a good time to visit them. :)
